Colli Piacentini Monterosso Val d'Arda

Colli Piacentini Monterosso Val d’Arda è un vino DOC la cui produzione è consentita nella provincia di Piacenza. Limpido, giallo paglierino, abbastanza consistente. Al naso è abbastanza intenso, abbastanza complesso ma sicuramente fine. Predominano i profumi secondari con note gradevoli di frutta a polpa bianca, fiori freschi. Secco (sinceramente sarei indeciso se definirlo abboccato), poco caldo (l’etichetta parla di 11%) e abbastanza morbido; x le durezze potrei definirlo abbastanza fresco e abbastanza sapido. In complesso questo Colli Piacentini Monterosso Val d’Arda si presenta abbastanza equilibrato, abbastanza intenso e abbastanza persistente. Fine, di corpo, è un vino pronto (anno 2008). Concludo che pur essendo definibile “abbastanza armonico” è davvero piacevole. La temperatura di servizio è sugli 11-13 °C

Non ricordo bene il prezzo (sinceramente l’ho “rubato” dalla cantina di mio padre, credo che il prezzo si aggiri sui 3-4 euro).
